Kettlebells (Starting in May 2012)

Kettlebells has been round for years, but have become very popular again and it really is a great way to tone up and strengthen in a functional way. Our classes are ideal for beginners that want to learn how to use kettlebells and try it as a workout using basic and easy to learn movements.

 

Spinning (1/2/3)

Burn fat, get fit and tone up with our spinning classes cork. These classes are held on a stationary bike, so there is no impact on joints or bones, and if you find burning calories in the gym boring, then this is the perfect class. A mixture of fast cycling and hill climbs giving you the perfect workout and with beginners classes and for all levels everyone will enjoy the workout. Fun filled classes that make the exercise fun and friendly, staff to motivate you and you will see great results quickly.

 

Aqua Aerobics (1/2)

Just like aerobics classes, low impact and fun in the water, a great way to burn fat, lose weight, keep fit and tone up.

 

Teen Gym 13yrs – 18yrs

Learn how to use the equipment in the state of the art gym in Cork, under the supervision of an instructor.
