Please note it is OUR POLICY that EVERY PERSON who uses the weights room MUST complete an INDUCTION with a qualified member of staff.

LeisureWorld Churchfield Weights Room Guidelines:
- Only Gym Users that have completed an induction and signed the form can use the weights area.
- At all times Users must work within their physical limits and not put themselves or other users at risk of injury.
- If unsure of any exercise, technique or need assistance in any way, an instructor must be contacted.
- All other gym users must be considered, no loud shouting, swearing, unfairly working on equipment for a long time, always be polite & friendly.
- Treat equipment with respect, no dropping dumbbells, banging bars or equipment.
- Appropriate clothing to be worn at all times; clean, neat, gym clothing with appropriate sports footwear must be worn at all times.
- The gym instructor must be treated with respect at all times and will enforce the guidelines and any other issues that may arise.
- Gym users who do not follow Gym guidelines may be asked to leave.
