Cork City FORAS Co-op are delighted to announce an exciting new partnership with Cork’s leading health and fitness centre, LeisureWorld Bishopstown & Churchfield.
The new partnership will encompass the new Junior Club Membership Scheme and also the support for the players.
The club’s Junior Membership Scheme, which is open to anyone aged 16 and under, allows our young supporters to own a part of their club.
With the support of LeisureWorld this will grow to offer the young people of Cork the chance to avail of fantastic offers and discounts at both of LeisureWorld’s facilities.
In addition to the sponsorship of the Junior Membership Scheme, LeisureWorld have also very kindly agreed to facilitate the club’s first team squad by allowing them use of their gym facilities. It is also envisaged that the club will work with LeisureWorld on other family and youth-orientated initiatives.
Commenting on the partnership, General Manager Kevin Mullen said: “I am delighted that LeisureWorld are the latest local organisation to show their support for the club. Both LeisureWorld and the club are very much family-orientated and focussed on a healthy lifestyle. We look forward greatly to working with them to promote healthy-living to the young people of Cork, and I believe that this partnership has enormous potential.”
